No voices needed: the films tell the story with animation and title cards, so they work in any language.

Will it actually look like us?

That's why you approve your characters before any animation begins. We refine them with you until you're happy. If we can't capture a likeness after two attempts, we refund you in full.

How long does it take?

Portraits take 3 days, Moments 7 days and Stories 14 days from when your characters are approved. Occasion films are scheduled around your date. Rush delivery is available for most packages.

Can our pet be in it?

Yes. Pets are some of our favourite characters. Include clear photos of their face and full body.

Good to know.

Is there talking or music?

The films tell the story without dialogue, using animation and title cards, so they work in any language. Music can be added on request.

What happens to our photos?

They're used only to create your film and deleted 30 days after delivery. We never share them, and we only show your finished film publicly if you've said yes.

What can't you make?

We don't animate anyone without their permission, public figures or celebrities, or anything explicit, hateful or designed to embarrass someone.

Can I change things after I see the characters?

Yes. Character approval is a conversation: tell us what's off and we adjust. Moments include one round of changes to the film itself, Stories and Occasions include two.
